Nine Months

Cuteness!

Yesterday Carly had her nine month check up. She weighed in at 21 pounds 11 ounces...our little sack of potatoes.

What Do You Think?

Quite often when we are out and about and people hear about Carly's story, they are surprised to hear that she is adopted. A lot of people tell us that they would have never known or guessed she is adopted because she looks so much like us. For me, it's hard to see.....until I came across some pictures of Connor when he was around a year old. I posted those pictures of Connor and a couple of Carly, so I'll let you be the judge.

30 Seconds of Fun

That's about how long it lasted. One day, earlier in the week we had a lot of rain, but the best part of it all was the hail that came too. Now, we get real excited to see the rain (all 3 days a year here), but when you add some white stuff, and it doesn't matter what form of white stuff, well... the boys go crazy, even if it only lasts for 30 seconds.

They Just Couldn't Do It

We are bummed that the Cardinals didn't win, but they definitely played a good game. We stayed hopeful til the very end, cause it's not over til it's over, but they just couldn't hold those Steelers back! We had a fun time with family and cheering for our team. Even with this loss, we are proud that they made it that far!
